Creating a nice custom shaped logo

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a nice and unique logo

Start off by creating a new document 450px*450px.

Set the foreground color to fff000 and with the paint bucket tool create a new layer and fill it with the color.

Next using ffb400 as the color create a rounded rectangle with a radius of 17px.

With f2c795 create a custom shape.

You should now have something like this:

Apply the next blending options to the rectangle:

And apply those settings to the shape:

You should have something like this:


I finished adding a reflection and this is my outcome:
